Rear Transition Modules
If your specific application requires I/O signals that are on the front panel of a conduction-cooled card, NAI's Rear Transition Modules (RTMs) are designed to provide an interface to access the front I/O of the card from the rear of the card, mimicking the card front panel 44-pin pinouts and are optimized for the platform. To reference these pinouts please look at the product manual for your product to see which rear module I/O signals are being brought out to the front panel pins. The board pinouts in the manual will reflect the pinouts of the RTM. RTMs are also available for any boards with a convection cooled option (cPCI, VME, and VPX). These boards are typically used for development, but can be used for convection-cooled systems.
Breakout Boards
NAI's breakout boards provide industry standard connections to our card utility port. The breakout boards provide communication to a host machine via ethernet, serial, and USB 2.0. These boards assist with programming your application through a host machine without connecting through a custom cable.
