2,000 W integrated power converter and distribution unit

NAI's 56XS1 is a rugged 2,000 W integrated power converter and distribution unit for aerospace, defense, and industrial platforms. It converts three-phase 115 VAC or +270 VDC generator power into an isolated, regulated 28 VDC bus and, with the optional command-and-control configuration, distributes it as four independently fault-isolated channels, each with 25 A overload protection, a discrete inhibit, and RS-485 enable, disable, and status reporting. Per-channel current, fault, and power-good flags plus bus voltage and temperature give the host real-time visibility into every load. This COTS conduction-cooled unit is standalone EMI-compliant to MIL-STD-461F CE102, CS101, CS114, CS115, CS116, RE102, and RS103, rides through MIL-STD-704F transients, and offers Current Share for paralleled or redundant installations. NAVMAT component derating, continuous background Built-In-Test, and protection against input transients, over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, and short circuits ensure reliable performance in harsh environments.
